Tomato Confit on Toasted Sourdough Bread

Ingredients:
Cherry Tomatoes
Rosemary
Thyme
Garlic
Pepper
Salt
Olive oil
Greek Yogurt
Recipe:
Preheat oven at 165c
Add all ingredients (except yogurt) in a baking dish.
Bake for 40 minutes to an hour.
In the meantime toast your slices of Sourdough bread.
Drop some Greek Yogurt on the toast, and then top with your tomato confit. Make sure to get some of that herby olive oil on there as well
You can also drizzle some balsamic if you like.
