Chocolate Chip Baked Oats using Quaker Quick Oats

Ingredients:
2 cups QUAKER quick oats (with maple syrup)
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup oat milk (or almond milk)
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Chocolate chips (prefer dark chocolate)
Recipe:
First off, preheat your oven to 175°C.
Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a blender and blend until fully combined. If you don’t have a blender use a whisk. If you don’t have a whisk, use be creative, I don’t know.. Use your hands.
Pour batter into the oven safe Ramekin baking dishes
Drop some chocolate chips. Mix a little bit and add more on top.
Bake at 175°C for 20ish minutes
