Chocolate Chip Baked Oats using Quaker Quick Oats

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups QUAKER quick oats (with maple syrup)

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup oat milk (or almond milk)

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • Chocolate chips (prefer dark chocolate)

Recipe:

  • First off, preheat your oven to 175°C.

  • Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a blender and blend until fully combined. If you don’t have a blender use a whisk. If you don’t have a whisk, use be creative, I don’t know.. Use your hands.

  • Pour batter into the oven safe Ramekin baking dishes

  • Drop some chocolate chips. Mix a little bit and add more on top.

  • Bake at 175°C for 20ish minutes

  • ENJOY!!!
