Peanut Butter & Dark Chocolate Oat Bars

Ingredients:
Base:
• 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cups almond flour
• 1 cup rolled oats ( quaker_cyprus )
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher saltTopping
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 225 gr melted dark chocolate
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• Flaky salt, for garnish
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 175C
Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, maple syrup, and eggs.
Add the almond flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and stir together.
Spread in a pan and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden, then let cool.
Spread the nut butter evenly over the cake.
Stir together the dark chocolate and coconut oil and then pour over the peanut butter.
Garnish with flaky sea salt, then chill for 2 hours.
Cut into bars and serve.
