Caramelized Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk almond or cashew milk

  • 3/4 cup Quaker Oats

  • 1/ 2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • pinch salt

  • 1 banana, halved lengthwise

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

  • Blueberries

  • Peanut butter

  • Vegan Yogurt

  • Almonds 

Recipe:

  • Combine milk, oats, cinnamon and salt in a jar. Refrigerate overnight. Serve cold or heat it up in the morning and drop oatmeal in a bowl.

  • Right before serving, heat the coconut oil in a skillet. Place the banana, cut-side down, on the pan, drop some cinnamon and cook both sides, until golden and then place on top of the oatmeal.

  • Top with blueberries, almond butter, yogurt and crushed almonds.

  • Grab a cup of coffee, sit & enjoy 👌🏻
