Caramelized Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients:
1 cup milk almond or cashew milk
3/4 cup Quaker Oats
1/ 2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch salt
1 banana, halved lengthwise
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Blueberries
Peanut butter
Vegan Yogurt
Almonds
Recipe:
Combine milk, oats, cinnamon and salt in a jar. Refrigerate overnight. Serve cold or heat it up in the morning and drop oatmeal in a bowl.
Right before serving, heat the coconut oil in a skillet. Place the banana, cut-side down, on the pan, drop some cinnamon and cook both sides, until golden and then place on top of the oatmeal.
Top with blueberries, almond butter, yogurt and crushed almonds.
