Ingredients:
For the baked oats:
• 3 servings of Quaker Oat So Simple Golden Syrup (or 85gr)
• 2 Ripe Bananas
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Tsp Baking PowderFor the Creme Brûlée
• 2 Cups Low Fat Vanilla Ice Cream
• 4 Egg yolks
• 4 Tsp Sugar for Topping
Recipe:
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬:
•In a small saucepan, add vanilla ice cream.
•Over low/medium heat, melt ice cream until scalding.
•Remove from heat. Whisk in egg yolks.Microwave Option: Heat ice cream for 1 ½ mins in a microwave safe bowl. Allow to cool Whisk in egg yolks. Reserve.

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐬
• In a blender combine all the ingredients until smooth.
• Preheat Oven to 175C. Prepare the ramekins with spray. Transfer batter between the ramekins. •Place ramekins in a deep baking tray, add water to the tray surrounding the ramekins until it reaches 1 ½ cm up and bake for 15 minutes.
• Remove from the oven and add a layer of Creme Brûlée batter, dividing equally between the three ramekins.
• Reduce heat to 150C. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until cream is slightly jiggly but set in the center.
• Remove from the oven and pull ramekins out from the water bath.
• Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes. •Top with 1 tsp of sugar to each ramekin, spreading evenly across the top.
• Using a small kitchen torc, brûlée the tops until golden brown and sugar caramelises.
• Crack with a spoon and dig in!
