Turkey Egg White Breakfast Sandwich with Maple Syrup using Snack

Ingredients:

  • 3 x turkey slices (@snack_allantika)

  • 4 x egg whites

  • 2 x whole wheat toast

  • Coconut oil

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Chives

  • Avocado

Recipe:

  • In a small bowl mix your egg whites.

  • Heat your pan and drop 2 tbsp of coconut oil.

  • Drop your egg whites and scramble until lightly cooked. Then transfer your egg whites to a small bowl.

  • In the same pan drop your turkey drizzle with maple syrup and cook. Transfer the turkey to another bowl.

  • Toast the whole wheat bread on the pan on both sides and drizzle with 1 tsp of coconut oil on each slice.

  • Top toast with the egg whites, turkey, drizzle some extra maple syrup and chives.

  • Combine with half an avocado and you’ve got a great breakfast to start your day.
