Chocolate Tart with Berries

Ingredients:

  • 5 x Chocolate Chip Rice Cakes

  • 100gr Unsalted Butter (melted)

  • 250gr Fresh Cream

  • 1 x Mint Tea

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

  • 200gr Dark Chocolate

  • 100 gr Milk Chocolate

  • 2 x Gelatine Sheets

  • Berries

Recipe:

  • Blend the rice cakes and mix with melted butter.

  • Spread the mix on non stick tart pan and press mixture using the back of a measuring cup or a spoon and your fingers.

  • In a small pot boil the fresh cream, mint and vanilla.

  • Remove from heat and add dark chocolate, milk chocolate and whisk.

  • Add some cold water in a bowl and add the gelatin sheets. After they get soft remove the water and add the sheets in your chocolate mixture.

  • Remove the Mint Tea from the pot and drop your chocolate mixture in your pan over the crust.

  • Refrigerate the tart for 5 hours and then add some berries as toppings.
