Tahini, Banana & Walnut Bars

Ingredients:
1 ½ 2 Ripe Bananas
5 Dates
3 tbsp tahini (@dfcyprus)
100g Oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch salt
1 tbsp coconut yogurt
50g walnuts
Toppings:
1 Banana sliced
Walnuts & Sesame
Maple Syrup
Recipe:
Pre-heat your oven to 180c
Grab a food processor or blender and drop in the bananas, dates, and raw tahini then blitz until it becomes a paste. Drop in some all spice cinnamon, salt and baking powder. Blitz again and then add oats and coconut yogurt (or other yogurt) and blitz till everything is combined. Add walnuts and pulse until walnuts are mixed in.
Add your mix to the baking tray.
Top with sliced banana and more walnuts – press them in a little. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle maple syrup.
Bake for about 20 minutes and let it cool😎
