The First Crunch at B BISTRO + BAKERY in Miami

On my latest trip in Miami I visited B Bistro + Bakery…

The Miami food adventures are endless and on this brunch day @thefirstcrunchh visits B Bistro +Bakery @bbistromiami 🤤🍴👇🏼
A modern bake shop & bistro located on Brickell Ave.
I’ll start off with the exceptional service! We were seated right away (“hangry” is a thing), good vibes, professional, and super helpful giving us the perfect recommendations! Started off with some coffee and then ordered the Salmon Tartine, Steak & Eggs and Reina Pepiada. (See breakdown of dishes below).
Of course I could not leave without trying one of their croissants, so I ordered the Dulce de Leche Charcoal Croissant. All the plates were beautiful in presentation and delicious to taste. B Bistro was beyond excellent!

Salmon Tartine - grilled sour dough bread, topped with sour cream - pickled onions, chive aioli, dill and we also added eggs on top.
Steak & Eggs - braised short rib, salsa verde, charred scallions, basil mashed potatoes and two fried eggs.
Reina Pepiada - corn arepa topped with cheddar cheese, avocado chicken mix, fried egg, wasakaka sauce, cotija cheese and pico de Gallo.
